Most insurance contracts vary but generally insurance carrier will pay you for direct loss of, or direct loss from damage to, Money, Securities and Other Property that belongs to an Employee Benefit Plan, directly caused by Theft or Forgery committed by a Fiduciary whether identified or not, acting along or in collusion with other persons.
